Plan ahead

Our standard processing time is six working weeks. For Research Council deadlines (March & September), allow at least eight weeks and contact us early. We cannot guarantee evaluation of applications submitted with a shorter timeframe.

Important information

  • Applications are reviewed by qualified advisers before management approval.
  • Your name and project title will appear in the public mail register as required by law.
  • The municipality does not provide dedicated project resources; these must be covered by external funding.
